How hard is it go get a concealed carry permit in Minnesota?
K so the day I turn 18 I'm buying myself 18 lotto tickets (if MNs government is actually doing something) and a long gun of some sort. The day I turn 21 I'm buying a pistol and going to the bar (don't worry I won't mix those two). I wanna know how long it will take me to get my ccw in Mn. And can I start the class before I turn 21?

You have to be 21 to take the class. There might be a exception if its for work, not 100% on that. Any ways you take the class it can cost any where from $60 to $200 so look around. They teach you the laws you take a test. Then shoot 50 rounds kinda as another test, but don't worry its very easy to pass I've never heard of any one that failed that. The instructor sends your info in to the BATF they do a check, and send you back your certificate with in 30 days. Its all goes pretty smooth.
If you are near the twin cites take a look at Metro Pawn and Gun in Richfield. That's where I did mine it was $75 +$3 if you want to use their .22.
