Pickit3 vs PIC32 Starter Kit?

Could someone with enough experience using those two kits tell some of the main differences? I plan to use them for hobby purposes.

Update:

I have Arduinos (Atmel) at home. I want to use PICs and I'm trying to decide which one to use since I have those two available.

The main difference is that the PIC32 Starter Kit only works with the starter board itself. You can't program any other PICs, 32 bit or not. It is a single board with built-in USB programmer.

Whereas the PICKit3 works with just about every PIC. You can get blank development boards to add various PICs to, or development boards with a PIC already installed. Or build your own boards, just make sure you add the pins for ICSP to your design and you can program it with the PICKit3.
