Why is my mouth so dried today? I have had this problem alots of times and only last a day than it'll be great the next day? Why, is that? Could it because of the moist and heat that we have been having lately? Just wondering

you dont drink enough water; water keeps you hydrated and your mouth seems to not be hydrated

well im guessing your dehydrated. do you drink 7 to 8 full glasses of water a day? also lots vitamin C keeps you hydrated
