I need ideas for some kind of matching piercings, etc. for my gf and I?

We'd like it to something preferably small and discreet, like only we'd know about it or at least something thats subtle and doesnt like stand out or anything. Something small and simple would be great, but we have no idea what fits that description. Tattoos are not an option, we both agreed on that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

    I would say a piercing on any area of your ear.
