Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this dry skin?

I have been working making cement on a building site all day. When I had finished all the exposed parts of my skin were dry from the dust. After showering and using a moisturising shampoo, most of this was back to normal, however my hands are sill dry. Does anyone have any tips on what I could use to effectively put the moisture back in my hands?

After coming back from work take bath with any good moisturising shampoo & soap , then massage the dry part with warm olive oil ( can use coconut oil also ) & keep it for minimum two hours . Then you can wipe the body with warm towel ( soak the towel in warm water , rinse water then wipe the body ) You can take once again bath also , but twice bathing with in few hours . so I told you to wipe.

Actually those who work on building site ,they get your problem . But one has to work . take this precaution , it may help you .

I'd use Lubriderm. It may take a couple times, but Lubriderm gets the job done every time for me.

You should definitely try Palmer's cocoa butter (or any other brand) it is a great moisturizer

Take a loot at it at the official website
