why would i get a violation from Yahoo for this?

Question asked around the occupant of the WH and about the cost of health care and Social Security. I answered that it probably does not matter, because he is a millionaire now. And the liberal 'watchers' on yahoo said it is a violation. Just shows how liberally biased they are.

Update:

Boom - that was the question, and that was my answer, quite simple. Obviously someone felt that stating the obvious - him being a millionaire now, is offensive? That is very wrong and in now way a violation.

Update 2:

Rockit - exactly right, i stated what was already published, they are millionaires now because of their books, and i did not state it with any rant or anger, just stated it. Liberal bias.

Being reported is a badge of honor. Enjoy it. Getting enough to be banned is even more of an honor. Since, you know you are irritating someone and winning the argument since obviously you aren't attacking someone personally.

Hard to say out of context, without seeing the actual question and whole answer, but on the face of it I'd say the answer you appeared to offer was irrelevant and could have easily been considered a rant or failed to qualify as either a question or answer. I don't personally think that the information you offer here actually shows a bias on the part of Y/A one way or the other, but the comment about their bias could easily lead to your whole question being construed as a 'rant' about bias rather than a question, which I believe is another TOS violation.

Of course, I'm not really a big fan of either political party in the U.S. so I don't see as much bias as some other people do. Go figure.

EDIT: Let me try to paraphrase the question and answer then to put it in some sort of context for my own understanding-the best I can figure out from what you said:

"Question asked around the occupant of the WH and about the cost of health care and Social Security. I answered that it probably does not matter, because he is a millionaire now."

Question: "Does the occupant of the WH really consider the costs of healthcare and social security significant?"

Answer: "It probably does not matter, because he is a millionaire now."

If this is indeed relatively close to the question and answer, I think the answer is irrelevant because a high percentage of our elected federal officials are millionaires, unless I am woefully underinformed. Therefore the response doesn't really rise to the qualification of being an answer and by some might be interpreted as a rant by what it implies. Whether that is offensive or warranted removal according to Y/A TOS might be questionable, but guessing at what the actual question and answer were takes it out of 'context' and makes it difficult to say-as a subjective opinion-why you might have gotten a violation notice or if there is a liberal bias, which is what you asked and stated. I don't think you made the case that it was an unwarranted violation charge or that it shows bias on the part of Y/A administration...more information would be needed, at least from my point of view, to substantiate the charges you are levelling.

I don't think the charge that Obama is a millionaire now is offensive other than perhaps implying that he is callous and uncaring because he has money now, which is a pretty obtuse and possibly unwarranted (outrageous?) accusation, but it doesn't really answer the question I am guessing was asked, which would be more about policy proposals as a result of Obama's offered compromise to end the debt limit stalemate? Can you link to the question? I'm interested in seeing more.

Look I do not have a problem with your answer at all, and do not see the violation. But to say its just liberal bias is foolish. people report on here all the time on both sides. As you can see Conservative Victorious thinks you should just report questions you don't like thats just as bad. But violations happen I find them to be humorus as another person stated it shows you are getting under their skin. I just got a violation to this question

Why do liberals always use the excuse "But so and so did it first" to justify Obamas failures?

my answer was; yeah like when libs complain of attacks on the first lady the right responds with you did it to bush first.

20 seconds later a vio. lol its ok i know it pissed off the right.

Just reply to it and say someone made a mistake. The person that reported it then gets a lower ranking for being wrong.
