Can you get a degree in parapsychology?

Is it possible to get a degree in parapsychology in the UK? If not, how else would one go about studying it?

Thank you.

Yes, although most parapsychology researchers hold a Master's or Ph.D. in a conventional field of science such as medicine, psychology, engineering, etc. and sometimes they hold a Ph.D. in parapsychology as well. Many universities will allow you to write a thesis (master's) or dissertation (Ph.D.) on a parapsychology related topic.

To find a credible degree in parapsychology will be difficult. The University of Edinburgh offered a certificate in Parapsychology as a possible part of a psychology decree the last I knew. Likewise there are some other credible institutions in Europe that might well offer such a program, but I know of no such specific programs in the USA. However, you might wish to look into universities that offer Consciousness Studies programs as these would have the potential for related studies. But I would also advise you that consciousness studies is often referred to as where quantum physics, neurology and psychology overlap. Another more acceptable realm of studies is the Near Death Experience field, though that tends to be more linked to med schools. Of course this might all change rapidly, as any true university professor would know, in that the "para" prefix merely implies that it is currently outside what is considered normal, and that lasts only as long as it takes for an experiment to move it into the "normal" sphere, just as something may move outside the "normal" sphere by a sufficiently convincing experiment that defies current knowledge.

I am not certain that they offer a degree in parapsychology, but the University of Edinburgh does have the Koestler Parapsychological Institute which does conduct studies in the field. They would be the best bet for accredited studies in the UK to my mind.

Yes, and it is part of several studies at Universities.

I know of a Criminal Defense Attorney, she mentioned she had took that course.

There probably is... but not at any accredited college or university.
