Why can't Obama ever just tell the truth?

It's interesting that people are so short sighted that they only blame the current government.

Go back and calculate how much Bush's so called war on terror cost. This is money that should have been spent on helping the US people not making them a laughing stock.

I believe that he is forced into the position to "exaggerate" what he says. He was elected and had the job to clean up the mess that Bush left this country in. With all the attention put on his FAKE birth certificates,etc it seems to me no one is willing to listen to him, when he speaks everyone is jumping to find some kind of untruth. In order to fix this country he has had to make some tough choices, do I feel that he spends money that should not be spent, yes I do. I for one will not be jumping on the President bashing team, I know that change can sometimes be a tough pill to swallow. My question to those that are upset over his actions...What would you do to get the other politicians to get on board with him and not fight him? If politicians would not fight everything he asks for and come together to make these changes, or find solutions to these current problems.

I don't think you are looking at the situation in a balanced fashion. There is both good and bad from the President and from the Republican leadership. Unfortunately, the Republicans have A LOT of money on their side to pay for tricks against the President. Clinton outlined how when he was in office the Republicans raised an unprecedented amount of money to slander and defame him, and proved it too. Now, it has been shown that an even larger amount of money has been assembled to defame President Obama. He may not be perfect, but he's doing the best he can. Running the US is not an easy job, and very few people have the brass to do so. If you look for "lies" then you will only see "lies". If you look for good then you will see good. It becomes a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy.

Too bad you are so prejudiced against President O. He is a good man and will probably be remembered as a great president during an awful time in US history.

He has a fake social security number, a fake birth certificate, a fake name, a fake Church, a fake transparency policy, and ultimately a fake presidency. He is a puppet of Satan with evil and nothing but evil on his mind.

Apparently his mother, grandmother or whomever raised him neglected to teach him that lying was wrong. You are correct he lies and then tells more lies. When I see him I believe if his lips are moving he is lying.
