Should ND vote for territory status or statehood?
Due to the recent discovery of a technicality in the State Constitution, ND residents will have to vote on whether to 'fix' the wording or not. Fixing it would mean legal statehood. Not fixing it would apparently mean ND is a territory of the USA.

Statehood has more positive aspect for them, and is in all probability what they will vote for.
