Can i upgrade Compaq Presario 061 to do basic High Def video editing?

>From what I can find out about it, that is an older AMD based computer era 2006, which is making it about 5 years old now...There is also an Intel based Presario 061 which confuses the issue a bit.

I cannot seem to find the technical specs on this model to give you better advise.
