It really depends on your personal preferences. If you feel nervous about having your finger so near your eye to put on contact lens, you're probably better off with eye glasses. However, glasses get dirty pretty quickly (I speak from experience haha) and are pretty fragile. If you've never had either, talk to your eye doctor and see what he recommends.

Eyes glasses are much more comfortable when compared to contact lens. You can wear them all the time unlike contact lens . Secondly when wearing a contact lens your eyes start burning after wearing it continuously for 5-6 hours and the maximum time frame is 10 hours.
You could actually wear contact lens occasionally but in the long run eye glasses are much more comfortable.
You could check my article on contact lenses vs. Eye glasses for further information.

eye glasses are much better and easy to use. If u go 4 contacts those are uncomfy for daily use. Although u can use them occasionally wn u dnt want 2 wear ur glasses. But u still need d glasses evn if u hav contacts.

If you have never had either contacts or glasses before, start with glasses, they are easier to deal with. If you decide to get contacts later, you would still need these glasses as back-up anyway, so it won't be money wasted.

Someone else has asked this question immediatly before so for details check there. i'd recommend contacts to anyone though - they are massively better for anything outdoors and give you better vision. Flying dragon is right though that you have to have glasses as backups.
