Is it NORMAL? Does it happen with Everyone? If some1 is standing & there is bright light or sun behind them, I can't see that person at all?
All I see it shadow like figure.

I can't see them either. I think it's because the strong light is drowning them out. I'm sure it's not too different than being on a brightly lit field at night and not being able to see the stars above.
