I turned off my Toshiba lptp satellite A 100/A 105 while it ws till running but since then, it stopped working?

Question

I have a Toshiba laptop SATELLITE A 100/A 105 SERIES TOSHIBA LAPTOP. I recently powered off my computer while it was still running/on because it froze up on me and ever since, I have not been able to use it at all. It will come on at the start up menu with a black screen and messages stating to choose Start Windows Normally and the other options displayed are:
Safe Mode-Safe mode same w networking- safe mode with command prompt. None of which works, the laptop keeps restarting itself over and over!
My disk drive does not work so I can’t insert the recovery disk. Please help urgent matter!!

u probably got a virus. first when the brand logo pops up press the button with the text setup should be on the side

2nd go to boot menu (may say something else) make sure the first think is the CD ROm that runs first.

3rd run it and see if CD works.
