Was the Murdoch "attack" staged?

I don't know but with all the stuff going on in this hacking farce I wouldn't bet against the fact that it was. We know the politicians take lessons from actors on how to present themselves to the public as do the senior police officers. We were told in the news that Murdoch was rehearsing what and how he would answer questions. Could be then that it was staged. I wouldn't put it past any of them.

Just a stupid comedian. I am concerned about the lack of vigilance by security staff for it could have been acid rather than a pie of some sort. Whatever, Murdoch's faults he did not deserve that sort of attack by a hooligan.

Staged by whom? The same people who plotted the death of Diana? Or the people who 'staged' the moon landings? Or perhaps the people who arranged for the Twin Towers to be blown up. Or down, as the case may be! Will you stop with the conspiracy theories already!
