I require some advise on my 360 issue.?
i have an original 360 that doesn't cooperate all the time. there are certain games of mine where the game will freeze and possibly at one point it will say unable to read disc. this is getting frustrating when the games that do this are the ones you would like to play. It only does this with my Resident Evil 5, Halo 3, Assassin's Creed II, Guitar Hero III, The Darkness, and Fable II. i would like some ideas on what to do. i've tried cleaning them. they work in other 360's. my system is up to date. and please, no smartalic comments

the lense that reads the disk is probubly on the verge of braaking. i would suggest keeeping the xbox highly ventilated or getting the new slim version if the problem persists

Hmm...sounds like a disc drive failure...if its ever been knocked over, and its standing vertically, then that may be the reason why...if not, then i reccommend getting a new 360,rather if its the new slim,or not

Needs to be cleaned and possible lens adjustment. Easy to fix on your own. Check out these videos...I fixed my Xbox using them.

try using a dvd lens cleaner in the xbox dust gets on them sometimes
