four year old with one testicle bigger then the other is that normal?

when my son was less then a year old his right testicle seemed bigger. We then had him checked out even had an ultrasound done and they found nothing. In the last three years it has been fine but the last couple of days i notice it is big again at least double the size of the left one. He wont even let me look at it without freaking out but insists that it does not hurt. I am worried and want to take him to the doctors but don't want him scared for life he already doesn't like the doctors office and starts crying at just the name. Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I'm an 18 year old girl, and I'm going to be straight forward with you. my 16 year old boyfriend's right testicle is almost twice as big as the left and its been like that since he was little. this has not affected ANYTHING...if you know what I mean. so don't worry too much, because it could just be how he is and that's all there is to it. good luck :) ps just remember...one breast on every woman is larger than the other and that's completely normal too!:)
