lack of energy and interest?

Hi I am 32 , I was until recently very physically active , could play tennis for hours on end with no problem , about 1 month ago I started not feeling up to it , I had an aids test 7 years ago and I have been with the same person since so no problems there , also I am absurdly healthy in the way that I don't ever even catch a cold , even when I am around people that are sick , I'm a Pescetarian (eat only fish ) but suffer from some mild over weight (I am 205 pounds 5'10) , I tried dieting to look a little better not necessarily because I felt bad but because I just wanted to lose the belly and baby fat , I managed to lose some weight through the slim fast diet but since then I lost my interest to play tennis , and I have gradually lost my will to work out after 4 years of straight out tennis 5 days week routine and of course I hit the courts and I almost spit my hearth out after a couple of intensive points I am done .

Also on the interest side it is down ,. I find myself going to sleep earlier , tired during the day , have to take red bulls in the morning to keep myself active , and find myself over eating , I'm even craving meat once in a while which I didn;t use to before .

I recently bought a motorcycle and I love it , but go out on it , and after 30 minutes I want to come back home because I just don't feel like going anywhere in it ..

Anyone has an idea what can be wrong with me , it's it mental or physical? any help is appreciated..

could you be suffering from depression? all symptoms of that....failing that a simple vitamin deficiency could be the cause due to your diet..........the first step is to see your GP and discuss with him..they can test for diabetes and many other things that could explain it...you need to see someone asap because you could be going around in circles, feeling depressed beacause of how you feel, making the symptoms worse when it could be something that could be sorted very easily through medical advise..hope you get sorted soon

Dear Sir, Diabetes at the age of 18,is a serious disease,to which you should give all your highest attention and care; most probably you inherited it from your family. Consult immediately a real diabetes specializing institute or diabetes specializing medical doctor, and tell him the whole story you published here at yahoo answers. You should follow carefully and exactly their recommendations, do not play with all kind of other treatments but ask for real professional ones,as diabetes can have devastating efects on your general health (heart, kidneys, blood circulation, nerve system and so on. )There are now good treatments for diabetes but they should be followed exactely, precisely,a diet should be kept severily,-once again,-that's no joke, your blood sugar level is very, very high ,it should be kept at a normal level something like 100-110 , as 880 is a level when one can get a diabetes coma (a life thretening condition). Please do not postpone seyng the right specialist, and keep in mind that it is only a right treatment of your diabetes can lead to a relatively good sex life also.

Sound slike mild depression and if so it'll pass. But also, eating only fish doesn't sound healthy. I think if you crave meat you should have some because your body wouldnt make you want it unles there were nutrients in it u needed.
