@Then there was the job applicant who belonged to a Facebook group, “This Is America. I Shouldn’t Have to Press 1 for English.” This raises a question. “Does that mean you don’t like people who don’t speak English?” asked Mr. Drucker rhetorically.

People are entitled to their political views and opinions. Do you want to see employment ads that say "No (Political Affiliation) need apply"?

    I suppose if people are going to put information online I guess they should expect it to come back and haunt them. Live a clean life and I would think no one would have a problem.
