Does this happen to anyone else?

So I have been master bating a lot recently and the head of my penis got really soft. It didn't start to happen until one night I used a shower gel as a lube other than lotion. Then the next morning it really hurt so I put neosporin on it to make it feel better, then it got really soft. I put neosporin on it the next day and still no change. I asked cha cha if this is natural and they said that master baiting doesn't cause it and that I should see a doctor if I am worried about it. Can someone help me? I'm really worried, should I stop master baiting for a while?
