So...I'm white...but I have black friends, a black step-father, and a black president, can I say it now?

The United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights says that you can say it.

Despite the modern day "witch hunt" that is racism, you still have freedom of speech. Sure, there are many, many people who are only focused on skin color and trying to use skin color to get some advantage, but that doesn't mean that you no longer live in a free country.

You can say it, it isn't racist because black people say it Example: Whats up n*gger? It isn't racist at all and if black people say "you can't say n*gger" then there racist to white people

EDIT why the f*ck did that get bleeped out?

It's just another word, the first amendment protects your right to say it so shout it from the rooftops! It's all in your implication, anyway...
