when i am home, i get dizzy. this comes and goes, but when i am out it doesn't bother me?
i live on 16th floor of a building, and i am also diabetic.
what could this be? i mean inside i feel dizzy but when i am out and about i am not.

If you go up the stairs, it could be from strain.
If you take the elevator, it could be from altitude change.
Or, you could have a horribly haunted house. Or just one with a lot of negative energy.
