Can jogging break your water?
jogging or bouncing on an exercise ball? i've been bouncing and doing hip rotations on my exercise ball and it definitely helped the baby drop, but can it break my water? what else can? i wanna go into labor either tonight or tomorrow before my husband goes to work or he won't be here when they induce me and i don't wanna wait.

It won't make your water break but jogging and bouncing too hard can cause the placenta to seperate from the uterine wall resulting in your baby's death. Let nature take it's course - you husband really can't arrange to be off work when they induce you? Even if he can't it will take HOURS after they start the process before the baby is born.

Your water will break when it's ready. You should focus on relaxing for the big day. Do light exercise like walking, but don't jog. Make sure you always have a phone on hand or a friend you can count on.

Youd appear like a loser... as for the tune if its an ipod contact get an iLuv or a arm band that holds ipods. If its a nano/mini get a clip for it. But for the water you rather must be consuming it after each and every lap now not throughout so set it in your vehicle or whatever so while you cross it drink a few. Or get a gatorade that you just drink quarter-hour earlier than a TOUGH exercise.

No it will not, and FYI, breaking your water before you go into labor is a bad thing, not a good thing. Just because your water breaks, doesn't mean you will go into labor.
