Pregnant and I CANNOT sleep!?

I used a body pillow and a fan. I couldn't get cool enough as well so I would sleep with a nice cold ice pack wrapped in a diaper cloth around my neck. Oh man that worked. They have the long gel ones that work best. I also would use them around my ankles and wrists rotating where I would put them. The body pillow really helped as I would lay my leg on it and my arm and it would help take off the pressure of my stomach. I used the fan down around my feet. If your feet get hot , you will get cranky and the rest of your body gets hot. Have the fan going back and forth not just pointing on your feet all night as you might get cold. These things really helped me.

Well, My cousin is also pregnant and what she does is put a pillow under her side/side of her stomache and lays in a very awkward position. Her legs twist one way and her body twist another, if that makes any sense? haha. but, just try sleeping different than normal. and about you being hot, other than a fan, i dont know what to reccomend

I bought a spray bottle, filled it with water and sprayed some mist on myself in front of the fan before bed...kept me nice and cool!!

I had a body pillow and a pregnancy pillow (the pregnancy pillow was from my friend as she swore it was the best thing ever) and I loved my $9.00 body pillow!!
