Did the sex help me dialate?
the last 2 dr appointments i went to, i wasn't yet dialated and my dr told me if i am next week, they can induce me on wednesday, one week before my due date. i was worried that i still wouldn't be dialated, so me and my husband started having sex to see if maybe that would help. we started 2 days ago and had sex about 5 times both days and today i'm starting to lose my mucus plug. did the sex help? does that mean i'm finally dialating?

It could mean your dilating but you don't have to dilate to loose your plug
