De facto legal status of marijuana by country?
A couple years ago I was just browsing questions on here and I came across one where an answerer had suggested a website that would give the legal status of marijuana by country, even a breakdown of how sympathetic certain cities might be, pretty much everything you could want to know if you were thinking of getting high while abroad. I've been trying to find the site today, but I can't remember what it was called, and I can't find the site or the question now. Does anybody have any idea what site I'm talking about?

Amsterdam? Canada? Try Asia. India, Cambodia and other SEAsian countries are stoner havens. Unexploited, uncorrupted, at least not so much.
