¿40,03 equivale a 40cm con 3milimetros, no?

Es asi o como es que se escriben los milimetros...despues del centimetro?

Update:

NECESITO CREAR UNA IMAGEN QUE MIDA 40CM CON 3MILIMETRO...COMO ESCRIBO: 40,03???

    si es que los 40.03 son cm, tenemos claro que hay 40 cm, entonces los .03 los transfrmas con la regla de tres asi = 1cm/10mm= .03cm/x ( multiplicas cruzado .03*10y luego divides por 1 y tu resultado es 0.3mm y NO 3mm

    43 cm (centimetros)

    o

    0,43 m (metros)

    si se escriben despues del milimetro 40,03 cm a milimetro es 400,3 mm
