Can I sponsor my niece?

I am a naturalized US citizen. My niece is over 21, divorced with a child. Need to know If I can sponsor her. If not, what are my options? She is in Bangladesh now with a master degree in Business management.

Thanks in advance.

10 points for best ans.

Update:

Understood. No one is answering my second question.

"If not, what are my options?"

Do I need to sponsor my brother first? Or this is not an option too?

No. You can only sponsor your parent, spouse or child. Not your niece.

    You can't sponsor your niece.

Sponsoring your brother will take at minimum 10 years until he got a visa and then several more years for him to petition for her.

Her only option is to try and find an employer to sponsor her for a work visa.

No, you can't sponsor a niece. Only members of your immediate family.

    Not a close enough relative
