Replacements for soda and chips?
I have a massive sweet tooth. I'm 17, male, 5 foot 10, weigh 160 pounds, i'm trying to drop like 15 pounds but it's near impossible for me to drop those foods out of my diet...so I was wondering if there is a replacement for those? Preferable low on fat and calories, none of those low carb foods please. Pretty much I'm just looking for something that tastes as good as chips and soda or almost as good but is healthy. Because usually what happens is one day I say I'll "okay I'm going to start eating healthy now". But then 2 days later I'm like "f*** it" and go on a binge which doesn't help...
NOTE: Okay, I'm not necessarily looking for something that is healthy, but something that merely isn't bad or fattening. I'm just talking about snacks, not a full meal.

I just bought a whole bag of organic corn tortillas from trader Joe's. If you look for it, youll find it.
good chips are organic (or natural) tortilla or lightly salted potato chips. homemade potato baked slices, natural unbuttered popcorn is a healthy and sensible alternative. Dried vegetable slices as well.
soda can be hard to replace since you might be addicted to it. Well, ice tea, lemonade, natural juices, iced coffee (with NO creams or milks) and over all drink WATER good man!
diet soda isnt the best, for it may still have 0 calories, it has chemicals that do harm to your body and is evil. But if you really want to play "calories over nutrition" its up to you. get the diet. other wise if your genuinlly concerned for your health, rather drink up a natural juice with some calores than a cheichal and artificial ridden can.

I also have your problem i have a huge sweet tooth! So i found this thing that i eat like everyday for a snack. I just peel a banana and put peanut butter on it. Its so sweet and healthy if you dont overdo it on the pb! If thats not a big enough snack for you i take a small soft taco shell, but peanut butter on it (not to much) roll it around a banana and then cut it into pieces.. Like banana sushi. Haha! It keeps you really full! Also can replace bananas w/ apples, just cut the apple into pieces. If you dont like that just a plain sandwhich would do, meat cheese n lettuce. As for the drink replacement i would just say water. Just suck it up and do it haha. Maybe flavored water or bubbly water, powerade, gatorade, anything is better than pop. Well good luck and hope i helped :)
