Cannot buy from the Cash Shop in Maplestory?
I recently got 1,000 NX credit through the "free NX" offers on the Nexon website, and I want to buy the "Special Discount Package 4" from the Cash Shop for 950 NX. I click on the "buy" button, tell them I want to use my NX credit, and click "Ok." Then an error message pops up that says "Please check and see if you have exceeded the number of cash items you can have." But I don't see how this is possible, since the only Cash item I have is the Snail you get from the Ellinia quest. I don't have any Cash items on my other characters, either, and I can't buy it when I log onto my other characters. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and how did you fix it?
I've cleaned out my inventory (there are nine items in the package, and I have eleven slots open in each tab of my inventory) and it still displays the same error message. I don't know what else to do.:(

The Special Discount Package is only available for players who have never made any Cash Shop purchases before. So if you keep trying to buy it, that message will always pop up.

No you can't sell items that you buy from cash shop because even if you try it, it will say item cannot be traded, something like that...

Make sure you have space in your other inventory tabs. Although what you buy are cash items, they may be sorted under different tabs. For instance, cash shop clothing items are sorted under the "Equips" tab.
