tips before having a medical check up ?
i have to make a full medical check up.. which included the urine, x-ray, blood test, etc..
the thing is, its my first time doing this..
what should i prepare before running the test?? such as my sleep time, food that i shouldn't eat, can i have a sex a day before the test, and many more that i never thought of.. i'm a little bit worry if what did i do gonna affect the results, especially about the sex.. does it gonna effect the test?

You don't have to do anything special before a full medical check up. It's looking at your over all health. So, do what you normally do before the tests. Eat your breakfast, and live your life like normal.
If you have any questions for your doctor, make sure you write them down so you don't forget. Other than that, just go through the motions.

As long as the doctor hasn't given you any pointers, there's nothing special you should or shouldn't do. Just shower beforehand and go.
