In the Sims 2 when you buy something from the store and you go back home how do you make the sim wear it?

Well, normally if u buy something from the shop, u click on the wardrobe and click plan outfit. Then all of ur options would come up. If onlt one or two options come (formal, and everyday) then that normally means that u only bought formal and everyday clothes from the store.And if not all of the clothes that u bought come up (i mean the downloaded ones) then maybe u downloaded one that u cant run on ur sims.U said that u only had sims 2 seasons, and university/ikea stuff, then maybe u have downloaded one/s that require the sims 2 pets (as an example) and u cant wear it becaues u dont have that pack. Or sometimes, when u download custome things, they can come with glitches, or a problem with ur computer, so be careful, and look at the required expansion packs be4 u download it. I would (if u dont already) look through the downloaded things from highest rated. Cause if they are the highest rated, then they wont come with any problems, and are really nice/cute outfits 2, so thousand of people download those outfits 2!!!! GOOD LUCK~!!!!
