Would covering my ceiling in posters make my room darker?

I'm thinking aobut getting my room de done for my birthday, and I want posters NICELY mounted across the ceiling, like not all tacky, professionally done. Now, I like having my room LIGHT and kinda bright, not evil looking. Would having posters on the ceiling have an effect on the room lighting at all? My walls are white and I have a ceiling fan that lights the whole room. Thanks.

    depends on the colors of the posters. if they're light in color then probably not but if they're dark like most movie posters, then yes
