If you live in CA tell me what your utility bills average please?

I'm moving to CA in a few weeks and will be living in the Yuba City/Marysville area. It's been a few years since I lived in the US and I'd like to know what the average utility bills are so that I don't wind up renting a house for too much. I want my housing allowance to cover rent and utilities. So how much do you pay on average for water/sewer, garbage, electric and gas? Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Update:

Also, how big is your place? I'm currently looking at 3-4 bedroom single family homes ranging from 1300-2000 sq ft.

1700 sq. ft in the east bay area. We used our a/c for a week last month, and the electric bill went up from $200. to $365...we have PG&E..it might be different if you have a local power company, but if we are under 200/month i'm doing the happy dance. Garbage costs us 50/month, water averages about 40/month, we have AT&T uverse for tv and internet...that is about $125/month. No clue what the average rent is in that area.

I stay in southern Mississippi and an house like that would desire to in all danger run approximately six hundred-seven hundred funds a month. yet, earlier hurricane Katrina you will desire to get it lots extra much less high priced (my first house develop right into a 2 mattress 2 tub townhouse for $450 a month) yet because of the fact the hurricane expenditures on actual assets went way up and is slowly coming down. have you ever tried Wells Fargo for a private loan. it rather is who I unquestionably have my homestead financed with, and that they have got been tremendous so a ways.
