Which pistol is better for CCW?
Which pistol is better for CCW?
A Beretta 1911, or a subcompact Glock .357? Likewise, there's a gang of Greek people (one of those gosh-darned Roman gangs) that virtually live outside of my house, but mommy won't let me buy a pistol because I'm 14 and when I was younger I lit the cat on fire (goddamn cat pissed all over my XBOX), but I learned my lesson and I'm a responsible young man. Everyone tells me that I'm really good at everything I do, so I obviously have to be. If I got an AK Draco pistol, could I put a scope on it with nothing more than epoxy and make a sniper out of it? I just don't like lugging a high powered rifle around all day (my .22 is heavy as f*ck, it's like a bajillion pounds). I'm also doing SEAL training, and I'm trained in using a sword. Uncle Bucky taught me in his basement. Should I carry a sword for self defense instead? That would be *totes* intense.
So. Tell me everything I want to know. I didn't really ask that much of a question, I probably demanded more of it than anything... but who cares, I'm a 14yr. old ingrate, and I personally don't consider the time some people put into answers. So... answer my super-awesome-gun-questions?
I knew it. Magic 8 ball's never lie. Thanks!
Alright, so last night I went out and bought a snubnosed Glock .38 (they were out of .357's). It's AWESOME. How do I make it full auto? Can I put a scope on it? How can I hide it from my mom???

You should get a Barret 50mm. I love mine, the only thing that kinda sucks is the ammo cost a little more then BB's.
As far as the sword, come on dude this aint China! Get a RPG, but only if its American made...

That is going to be entirely about personal preference and ability. In my opinion, a 1911, which has a 5 plus inch barrel, is not a good choice for concealed carry due to bulk as well as ability to draw quickly when you need it most.
As far as my personal preference, you mentioned the Glock .357. That is a powerful round, and a personal favorite. In the late fall through early spring, I carry concealed the Glock 33, which is a 9 round .357 Sig subcompact pistol. In the summer, I switch to the Ruger LCR .357 magnum. They can both be concealed easily in the pocket of a pair of shorts, but the reason for my seasonal switch is that the glock is somewhat heavier, so I carry that in a vest, then in summertime I can comforably carry the Ruger in my pocket.

Beretta makes some smaller handguns, but I would honestly stick to something 9mm on up. So that would be like .380, .38 Special, 9x19mm, etc. Berettas tend to be a little bigger and wider.
The Glock is a decent one, but .357 SIG is an expensive round. Recoil is a little tougher than .40 S&W. So I would go with .40 S&W instead.
The 1911 is my preferred weapon. .45ACP is tried and true.

LMAO. OK, you a troll, but a least you are funny troll.
I would go with a Thompson/Center Contender in .50 BMG, but get one with the threaded barrel so you can put a silencer on it (don't want to wake th Romanians). I would get the boys at Red Jack Firearms to build one for you. If you need more close in support, then mount a sawed-off Saiga 12 ga underneath.

I predict that once (the Air Force sniper) finishes using that M82 Barrett in Alaska on bear you can probably borrow that and take out the Greeks all in one shot.
Im sure the military won't mind at all.
Source(s): Just don't try head on attacks with bare hands if their in a mountain pass. It won't work. I seen it in a movie. Oh, and Lmao - JOSH 4.0Lv 610 years ago

I keep it in my ankle holster.
If I need more fire power, you know...if the rival pimps start trying to cut my hos, I use on of these:

I traded up from this model:

You know you can trust me when I tell you these are all viable CCW choices, depending on your frame size.
