So I'm "grounded" and my parents think they can take video games from me forever because I supposedly play them to much... Iv played about a hour in the past two weeks.. ?

If they think you play too much then, if you live under their rules, you play them too much.
Besides... Who payed for the system? If you did, who payed for the tv? If you did, who pays for the electricity? If you do, who payed for the house? If you did, who payed for the property?
Basically, it's all or mostly all their stuff anyways, so don't complain.
