Question about Forrest Gump...?
What do you think Forrest said about the war in Viet Nam when the other army guy came by and ripped out all the plugs to the speakers?
All we heard was "...and that's all I have to say about that" LOL I've always wondered what he says.

the directors made sure we didnt know what he said. the vietnam war was more polarizing than the iraq war, so if the directors made forrest take a stand either way on the war it would have offended lots of people and probably made the movie less popular.

Whatever it was, it was most likely an anti-war tirade. There are two clues: The character of anti-war activist Abbie Hoffman seen onstage (albeit from the rear), and the fact that it was a military person who disconnected the mike.
