Your going into a niche market. VERY niche.

Pretty much anything organic is in a small market. People will think your items will cost more since they are organic. Do some research. What are the plus sides of organic cosmetics?

( for the sake of argument) I hear lipstick is made from fishlips or sea coral and animal testing. Do some research in regards to the popular brands. See if they test on animals, what there products are made from and from where? ( could be sweat shops, child labor, low wages)

If your products are made in the usa, you could say they help create jobs, they are made from surplus supplies ( if they are), they are bio degradable ( if they are) , they won't damage your skin ( if they don't ), they are made locally ( if they are).

But one thing is for certain. you will have to market this! Where will you sell? It is best to start out in a location that receives ALOT of traffic such as a mall. Mall stands, and kiosk sell for about $10,000 to $20,000 or could charge rent. It depends on your area and local mall.

Have a catch name, choose a good logo ( hire a graphics designer) , and have your colors be ones that are easy on your eyes.

But before you even worry about starting a company I suggest you take classes at your community college in the following sections ( if you haven't already) : business, accounting, small business entrepreneurship, public speaking, marketing, and writing. They will give you valuable knowledge and teach you how to interact with customers. They will also help you set up your business and show you how to register a business name, promote your business, set up business plan, develop a clientele list and how to pay your taxes.

Mascara- A splendor for darkening and thickening the eyelashes. Eyeliner- A splendor utilized as a line around the eyes to lead them to seem extra desirable or extra sizeable. Eyeshadow- a coloured splendor, oftentimes in powder type, utilized to the eyelids or to the floor around the eyes to intensify them. Lipstick- Lipstick is a splendor product containing pigments, oils, waxes, and emollients that applies shade and texture to the lips. foundation- foundation is a flesh-toned splendor utilized to the face to create a good, uniform shade to the complexion, to conceal flaws, and, each so often, to alter the organic skintone. Concealer- A flesh-toned splendor stick used to conceal facial blemishes and dark circles under the eyes.

he demand for natural and organic personal care products—and natural or organic products in general—is increasing at breakneck speed, as consumers are becoming more aware of health and environmental issues. According to 2004 research, 66% of U.S. consumers report they use organic products at least occasionally, up from 55% in 2000.
