To ask which will be the larger file size, just do the simple math.
But, you might have missed the fact that the two pairs of figures are not of any equal ratio. In one, the larger dimension is larger than in the other, while the other's smaller dimension is larger than the other's.
Your question is hard to answer because it is unclear what you mean by "higher."
