What do these virus scan results mean?
I just ran a BitDefender scan and, amongst other minor issues, I got this:

You might try to boot to safe mode with networking and remove it

run your antivirus in safe mode
also
malwarebytes is good in safe mode

It means BitDefender detected "Win32.Worm.Nimda.R" running in virtual memory but was unable to remove it, you will need a different anti-malware to deal with the worm.
