How old for a tattoo?

I am 15 and want a tattoo badly(dont care about future regrets so no crap about that) my parents will sign or be there whatever i need to do to confirm. Can i get one now? If not are there any other options rather than a tattoo and piercings?

Update:

I will probably end up waiting then because im afraid of stretching, but are there other options. a few of my friends have brands they said you scream your head off but they look cool once they clean them up. i just want to do something before i become (if at all) a stickler behind a desk(no offense to anybody but its not my style)

Nope and it'll look like crap when you're 20 since you ain't even close to being finished with growing

if your parents are willing to sign there should be a problem with you getting one now. If they are not willing to sign you have to wait till your of age to give consent for yourself. im not sure what that is for where ever you live but usual its about 18. but i do agree with the others who have answered before me. you should wait a bit for your body to grow. Tattoo's stretch and change when your skin does. your skin stretches while you grow and boys your age tend to start going through growth spurts. wait till you've developed a little more then your tattoo will look prime for longer!

good luck no matter what you choose to do

if you're a guy, I advise you to wait, guys growth spurt ain't over til in their 20ies!

It's normal to be impatient at your age, and guess what? I waited. Til I was 18.And it was worth a wait. I have both tattoos, and piercings (both in discrete places) , the problem you can encounter later in your life (if your tattoos and piercings aren't discreet) , people will discriminate against you when you apply for certain jobs (I've seen my dad discriminate against people who had obvious tattoos/piercings , or ordered the pierced to take their piercings off while working..) stupidass
