    Avoid the U.S. Gold Bureau--it is not affiated with the US Government.

    Avoid companies that advertise on radio or TV as they too are often frauds.

    You can try Kitco, or the u.s. mint, or a local coin dealer. I suspect they have bullion bars. I got my Krugerrands from a local coin dealer.

    I think you're a little late to the gold party. Should have bought 5+ yrs ago.
