What happened to "RUN" in the new windows?

I hate that they changed so much on my on the new OS. Where is "run" now?

Or if they got rid of it, where is the Temporary Internet files folder found?

I have a lost document likely stuck in a temporary internet file.

Update:

All it does is search. I used to go to "run" and type %temp% to get to the temporary folders, but now it just searches for files named %temp%.

Update 2:

MATT TO THE RESCUE!

Update 3:

Jay, you rock too. that link worked well

Click the Start Button, Right click in the right hand panel, Click the Start Menu tab, click on Customize.

Scroll down the list until you come to "Run" and select it. Click OK. Run will now be added to the right hand panel.

Use the search bar in the start menu, type in a command just as you would in "Run".
