Sometimes I pick up a piece of litter or garbage on the street and throw it away, or I'll shove it aside so that no one trips on it. Today I moved a staple in the middle of a stairstep to the stairstep's edge, where no one is likely to step on it and slip.

I do this because years ago I read that if you simply step around a stone that's in your path, someone else could trip on it, so why not remove it? I don't do this with every piece of litter I see (I live in NYC), but I do it with some. Why not try it and practice an occasional random act of kindness?

I'm form brazil, and we have a religion called Spiritism, and we have a day care for 160 kids, we do soup for homeless, and also do cure thru spiritual surgery, some time we're blessed getting a cure for cancer, and others illness. We stay in one room, and people doesn't have contact with us. So that's done weekly, and we're about 50 medium, we do not charge a penny for the benefit that they get. Only if they want to, they'll give whatever they want to.

I am collecting money for Bid4aCure (Diabetes Research)

No god required, unless you consider there IS a god that caused the disease in the first place and refuses to heal it now.

Hi, LL. Don't you think telling someone about an act of love that you've done, cheapens it?

    GBU!
