Creatine -- is it possible to gain muscle and lose belly fat?
I started taking creatine a month ago for muscle build-up in my arms...and it's workin. BUT, I'm also trying to lose belly fat at the same time. Is this the best way to gain muscle and lose belly fat at the same time?
I take teaspoon of creatine a day, after my load. I do exercise (200 push-ups a day, 100 reps with bumb bells, and walk 3 miles a day).
The question is...can I lose belly fat while taking creatine?

If you are trying to build muscle you are not going about it the right way. You are targeting your smallest muscle group and you are doing high reps low weight.
If you switch your workouts to the major ones: squats, deadlifts, benchpress, bent over rows, and pullups you will suddenly be working out the majority of the muscles in your body including your core. Doing this will burn far more calories and fat, put on a lot more muscle, and will greatly increase your bodies natural testosterone. Drop your focus on your arms, its an isolation exercise for glamor muscles and its not doing you any good.
Also your reps should be alot lower. Try 5 sets of 5 reps, graudally building up the weight to start off with. And creatines fine, but its no miracle drug. What you really need to focus in on is protein. Try to ingest about 1.5 grams for every pound of bodyweight you have per day.

I would cut the caloric intake some, then keep on exercising, trying hard to keep the fat content low. I would research the creatine ethyl ester, which might be enabling you to keep the fat or put on some fat. You don't really need it, from the sounds of it. I would let the protein shakes substitute for a meal.
