Finding cost function without fixed cost?
I am stuck with a bit of a headache. I have a practice assignment that has a question that seems to not be covered in the study material. Something similar to this;
The cost to produce 300 units is $24 and the cost to produce 500 units is $46. Find the formula for C(x).
This seems to be a considerable pain in the neck. Likely due to a lack of sleep. That being said I am going to catch an hour or two then come back with hoped of proper help.

Find the equation of the line passing through the points (x, C) = (300, 24) and (x, C) = (500, 46). Write your answer in the form C = ax+b
