Americans, are we in trouble?
Are we nearing the end? Is this our final years? I know it's a gloomy question, but you've seen what's going on, right? Are we in trouble, or do you see some light or hope in this ineffective government that will somehow pull us back toward a bit of grandeur, if even just a little?

Unfortunately it's down hill from here. Moral Decay does not reverse. Government is a reflection of the people, and we have a grass roots cancer.
Consider who is in the White House, and who the other candidates were during the election. Those people were nominated by the sheeple.
Also consider the fact that the nation is technically bankrupt, while still trying to police the world on borrowed money. At the same time we are still losing jobs to foreign countries. It's down hill from here. Sorry about that.

Its a good question
Many sceptics say the peak of mankind and technology is at around 2050, then mankind will gradually fall, what happens after.. Who knows?
The US can ultimately remain independent, which is important.
When we run out of fuels and continuous electricity we are so accustomed to today, we will rely on ourselves for survival, if the US maintains a strong military and unitedness amongst it's people, the US will be one of the safer places to live when we approach these times of darkness, think about it.
The US and the world we live in, is simply not sustainable, on a a vast general scale population will rise to uncomfortable levels and there not be enough food, this is inevitable and we all know it.
It's simply a waiting game.

We are in trouble but I don't know if we are actually in our final years. It might be that we are headed for another deep depression that will readjust the economy.
An economy can not survive with more than half of the citizens relying on the government for their subsistence whether employment or welfare. The debt will continue to climb and eventually there will be a necessary correction. It may or may not cause a complete collapse of the government.

the vote rigging of bush election 2000. yes u.s.a has been in trouble since it commited genocide against native americans in 19th century but now in particular.
of course the internment of american japanese and mexicn americans after that is another indication.
also failure to elect the u.s. green party.
an elected media helps of course but like great despression ignored.

People are turning on the Tea Party and the Republicans will be kicked to the curb in 2012. So all we have to do is survive another year of partisan stupidity and then we can get back to fixing the problems of this nation. America has to learn every few years that Republicans may make lots of promises but in the end they are going to act like Republicans.
