how do i make a blue led strip flash really fast?

i have a blue led strip and i want to make it flash fast. (it does not flash at all)

    You need a flashing circuit.

    decide on the flash rate per cecond

    measure the current drawn by the strip

    Use google to look up "555 timer circuit", there will be plenty of help.

    take some acid and focus on making it flash in your mind
