All you can do to get rid of that is cardio (running, biking, etc.) and watching your diet which you've already been doing. The small roll usually comes from the carbs and high in fat dairy products.

Good for you. Keep on walking. I joined a fitness center about three months ago and its great. 1 1/2 hours day. 2miles on treadmile @3.3 mph, abdomin machine, rowing machine, and pull downs. Feel good afterwards. Haven't been on scale since starting. Probably have gained as I stop at VFW on way home to keep from dehydrating... My pants are much looser though..
