like a scooped out place. I have tried A&D ointment, triple antibiotic, lamisil, and Desitin with zinc. It stings sometimes and itches a little bit from time to time. Any ideas?

I'm NOT saying it is, however the last one that I had there was cancerous. You cannot know unless it is tested. It is better to be safe than sorry. I would get it tested. I get one up by the eye also. Two times it come up cancerous (another up by the eye).
