tongue scraper and rinse your mouth with a peroxide/water solution. peroxide will kill the nasties

Use a scraper you can get them at walmart for like 3 Bucks make sure u scrape way in the back of your tongue then rinse this way the whole tounge gets cleaned of food particles this for a week and your tongue will stay clean trust me bro
